It all started when three Rabbis joined forces and took action creating the foundation for what would become Mekusharim.
Under the management of Rabbi Kornfeld, there is a school with about 350 children. The flagship project is a friendship project with the parents, a project that affects the entire household. In addition, help, assistance and guidance for students to Jewish schools, Torah lessons and various activities for teenagers and adults are provided. The vision: to open more and more schools so that every Jewish child can study in a worthy and valuable place.
The community has over 150 families, and throughout the week there is a full range of classes for a variety of ages, and many activities for children. In addition, a kindergarten was established last year with the aim of introducing children to Jewish education from a young age.
The community has about 10,000 Israelis, who participate in a wide variety of activities, most notably the community center - the synagogue. The flagship project is the establishment of the 'Lev Aharon' seminary - a yeshiva for the needy and a midrash for girls. The goal: the establishment of schools for boys and girls in Las Vegas.
