Annual Training Conference
Welcome to Mekusharim
The annual training conference is a lifeline for many of the community leaders. Unlike other American communities who have over a hundred years of built in infrastructures and multiple umbrella organizations, the Israeli communities work almost completely alone with little to no support system.
Mekusharim is now that support system. Since its founding the idea has been to provide the necessary resources to ensure that each community is able to become self sufficient and attain the tools necessary to be successful. This includes being a constant resource for the Rabbis and leaders on the ground.
This annual conference is a three day training conference where professionals are brought in to present on the most up to date issues facing our communities today. Professional educators, marriage counselors and religious leaders are offered the opportunity to mold the next generation of Israeli Rabbis. This three day immersive program gives each person the opportunity to both share their most pressing issues as well as learn what has worked in other communities that they can implement into their own. It gives the ability to have an open forum with others who can commiserate and understand the issues on the ground.
